Reiki (pronounced ray-key). Rei, meaning "Gods Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki, meaning "Life Force Energy" is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is administered through the hands and is based on life force energy. Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. Attuned practitioners channel energy into the client to activate the natural healing process in the body to restore physical and emotional well-being. It is the transfer of universal energy through the palms, which allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.

Balancing the Chakras
Chakras are entry gates for the aura, and they are responsible for our physical, mental, and spiritual functions. They absorb and transmit energies to and from the universe through nature, people, crystals; everything has its own vibration and energy. Chakras can be blocked from childhood trauma, conditioning, limiting beliefs, habits, and past hurts. It is important to understand these, their source and meaning, and develop and utilize tools to heal them. Balance is the ideal, and is contingent upon the body, soul, mind and spirit working together in harmony with the seven charkas as one invisible whole.
Opening up Sacred Space
Healing touch, crystals, essential oils, sound baths, smudging, energy clearing, and affirmations are also part of this healing modality.
Feng Shui means "wind and water." Take a moment to visualize how it feels when these two elements are flowing. How does it feel when they are stagnant? How you organize and arrange your home or office space can affect how energy (chi) flows through you and around you.
